If you have an interest in one of our properties we strongly suggest contacting Woodbridge Investments to discuss when it will be available.

1. Download the "Rental Application" and complete the application and make an appointment.
2. We will conduct a "Criminal Background" check as well as contact all references.
3. We will not accept any type of "Criminal Background" infractions.
4. Once your application is accepted, we will sign all necessary paper work, lease etc. , and advise you of a move-in date.
5. Obtain and provide "Renters Insurance" policy
6. We will do a walk through with you prior to moving in
7. Complete your "Move In Inspection" report and mail it to Woodbridge Investments within one week of moving in. If there is anything that requires attention we will have the problem resolved.
